live chess wont still work

I read another forum about someone having the same problem im having with Live chess board coming up but there are no pieces and the new game button is there but you cant start a new game.  I've updated my java to the latest Java and i use interent explorer 8 and my operating system is windows xp so i cannot upgrade to internet explorer 9, i tried opening it up again from firefox and chrome but still the problem persists and on all three of these I tried deleting all my temporary internet files and it's still useless so can I please get some help here?

maybe... I have a portable 3g modem I use but it was working just fine before they changed live chess.

Can you check the browser compatibility box at the top please?

Ok so I had compatibility on when this problem occured and its still going on even though I turned it off.
