(veteran1) I've been having problems with my live chess games, My pieces will not move once I create a game, I've tried ( ctl-alt-f5) but to no evale, I have to keep aborting games because I can't move, my online chss has no problem, how do Iget chess.com to check it out

I tried support.chess.com to no avale, and I don't no what a browser is

What you use to connect here (ie Firefox, Explorer, Chrome).
