Same here. Can't play or even watch any game. Always keep "Loading "
For me it stopped working in the middle of Saturday 10th and hasn't worked since. Same symptoms - stuck on loading for live games and live watching. Using iPhone app.
Will chess.com do anything about it? Almost 24h without a game.
I wanted to play some chess last night and i logged in so it showed me to same "loading" page and the loading thing is loading eternal 
i woke up still happenning. im curious that why are we having these kind of problem suddenly? no reason? or any explanation?
im using iphone app. this problem occured after using "clean up cache" option in "battery doctor" app. anyone using it too? (or similar clean up cache)

And also. Some of you (funky1314 especially) are being plain rude and ungrateful.
Most of us don't pay for these services, but get a free place to play chess and have fun. If your a VIP member (premium) then I get why you may be annoyed. But everyone else? If your like this as adults, what were you like as children?

Still not working. Anyone knows another way to contact them? I guess not that many people are having this problem. Otherwise they would have fixed by now.
Every single iPad and iPhone user is having this problem.

It is happening to me if I try V2, but it works in V3 OK on my non-laptop home computer.
I have no Ipad, Iphone, so are the problems only on these devices?
So, is it that V2 has been allowed to flop?
Basically is the problem V2 or Ipad, Iphone and such devices, either or both?

I have spoken with a staff member I'm friends with and it works when he tried but he is having things looked at in case it is more localized.
For those with problems, posting your iOS and app versions might be helpful for any staff looking at the topic.
Don't think it's localised. People from asutrailia, Germany. France, Brazil, Ireland, UK, America, and Russia have all complained. (And more)

My guess is localized in this context may be more to do with load balancing. If it is working for some people on iOS, then it has to be something more in common with those users or how/where they are connecting.
I am using an iPhone 5c and I have the same problems
Still not working. Have anyone seen chess.com comments about it?
I'm using an iPAD with iOS 9.3.5. I have the same problem when I use the app or go to the online site.
