Where do I find the lobby to match up with other players?

No, I mean the one where you yourself can pick someone to play. The only one I find shows Daily Chess players only, not Speed Chess players.
Below the Start Game button there is the Play a Friend button
Between the Start Game and the Play a Friend buttons there is the Custom Challenge button where you can select your opponent (Random, Friend or via Search)
You may also go to someone's profile and press the Challenge button
