Log In not possible, no E-Mail, no reason, no support

I can't log in to my chess.com account anymore. When I try, they say they've sent me an e-mail, but there is none. Also not in the spam folder. Pls hesitate to answer if you were only  about to tell me to look in the spam folder, I know u guys love this. My Account name is: CaroKannGarnix. I opened the account, played a lot of games for a day, got ranked, and now I'm not able to sign in, without reason. I didn't cheat, u can look into my games. I really dislike, that chess.com is unreachable for support reasons, thats the reason I deleted my premium account a long time ago. Your systems get worse day by day. And now this. You take my datas and then just decide to block my account and give no reason, no support, just a big questionmark in an empty space.

That account is open, so you should be able to sign in. Have you tried the forgot password option?

I receive this Error, when I try to log in. I also deleted caches and cookies, in case it is a temporary bug.

If you're using the username @CaroKannGarnix that account is not closed and should not give that error. Are you using your email address to log in or your username?

I'm using Google Log In.

When I enter my username it tells me to do it via Google LogIn. When I do Google LogIn I get the error from the screenshot

Obviously I enter my E-Mail via Google LogIn

Use the username instead and the password. If you created the account linked with Google be absolutely sure you are using the correct account/email

I am 110 % sure I am using the right LogIn. When I click on "forgot password" with my username it shows my GMAIL. When I want to send the new password to the gmail it even shows an error, saying I have to LogIn via Google. So thats the evidence right there I'm using google for my account. When I sign in via google the Error from the first screenshot occurs.

If you linked your old account with Google sign-in and created your new account with the same process, it's possible that old link is still there and causing the issue.

Try it again and see what happens.

If that doesn't work, try the forgot password option instead

Okay now it worked, with the forgot password option. And now I don't sign in with google anymore, but my Username and password. Doesn't make any sense.,, are you guys still using my Google Datas now? If so pls explain how to delete them, as u guys switched my account

Staff had to fix your old account and remove the Google link.
