Log-in on mobile phone

Hi there,

I have been using the chess.com app for the last weeks without any problems. When I tried to log on today, the design of the programme had changed and it wouldn't let me log in saying "Couldn't log in. There was an error retrieving your Facebook account, make sure you have an account setup in Settings and that access is granted for chess". Could you help me, please?

Same.  Very frustrating when I can't play chess.

new iOS app - looks great but as always whenever chess.com does a software update - your saved sign on info is erased

The same :( Any idea how to fix it? I tried to renew app login in FB setting, does not work

the solution is to head to: settings -> facebook -> type log in information. worked fine for me. had the same problem before
