Logging into Chess.com

Sort:
Aperture

For some reason I have to re-log in to chess.com several times a day.

I never used to have to do this and could be logged in for a really long time before having to re-log in.

I've deleted all cookies, browser history, all that stuff.

I'm using Firefox.

This started after I started using LastPass.

BUT I tried to delete chess.com from LastPass so they have no control over re-logging in anyway.

Besides all other websites where I use LastPass keep me logged in.

What's happening?

Thanks

I wish we could get to a point where we just download a software and use it to play chess and customize it any way we want to.

Much like ICC has been doing for years.

It makes the playing experience much nicer and you don't have to worry about the browser updating and plugins updating plus the connection is much more stable.

It's a pain. Especially when you want to switch to the old version.

Aperture

I'm not sure this has anything to do with v2 or v3.

After all just click the icon on top and you're back to the old Chess.com.

By the way when you mouse over the arrows it says "back to old chess.com application"...lol this is not an APP!!!!!....it's just a website designed to do and look a certain way.

Wish it was an app (or a program as it were).

Just for whatever reason cookies or something I'm now having to re-log in 2 to 3 times a day. Even after I clear all temp files, history, and delete all cookies.

Just give us an independent program that we can download.

Problem solved, plus all the other problems having to do with browsers, flash, java, viruses etc. etc. will all be solved too.
