Login error while playing 3+ chess or other games

Hi.

I have the following massage popping up during a game of 3 + chess, King of the hill, or Crazy house: oops! you logged in from another place. And also a LOGIN button appears.

I click LOGIN , although I'm logged in and playing, and then another box pops up, asking me if I want to leave the page or stay on it.

I play from a phone. Can you tell me why this happens almost every time I play those games and how to fix it?

If you have another device logged in or another tab, it should just close the session you are on and not prompt you to log in.

You might try clearing your browser cache and make sure you don't have mutiple tabs to Live or Live open on another device.

Well, I can play normally on google from my phone at chess.com. Is that the reason why? My account is not logged in from another device. I guess i can play from the browser then. 

If you are trying to play from the app by using the embedded browser, that is very likely the issue. It wasn't designed for that use case.
