i just want to know how many points im going to lose or win each time

statistically more..

and less lucrative...

Think about it... no seriously, engage your brain and actually think about it... imagine you were writing fair rules for all players. Would you encourage players to play in an unsporting manner to save rating points? Of course not! QED.

Yep.  You should give away all your pieces, and then sit and wait for the clock to run out.  You may even get bonus patience points!
