Loss because of reconnecting

It's really annoying to start a game (four player chess in my case) and then see the red reconnecting alert. The game then tries to reconnect a few times until nothing goes. Searching for your game might reconnect you for a moment but usually the connection fails a few seconds later again and you time out and lose points.

I think the website shouldn't put you in a game when the connection to the server isn't good.

i losed after playing 2nd move due to connctivity issue , just after that I had 24 pts more than my opponent and almost 30 sec more than him and then connection did its job and i losed on time

Yeah, me too. I watched some moves after I got disconnected and apparently I got twenty or so points out of nowhere. However I still lost 15-20 ranking points because I was last. This really hurts when it happens more than once a week.

I checked the OP's page, and seen he hasnt played any games.  So based on that reason, i commented like i did.  

The OP pointed out they dont show up, so i responded that i learn something new everyday.  

I cant help how you take my posts, and obviously youre going to find anything to be "Offended" over.  So here we are...You have a choice:

1. Respond to my posts, and continue to be offended.

2. Dont respond to my posts, and let it go.

I have no power to silence anyone here, just doing my part to make this a better place.

Chess.com can you pls fix the lagging in 4 player chess? It's a great game, but sometimes unplayable because of lags and timeouts

It's alnost been a year and still I'm having this server connection issue of reconnecting. I just lost a game becase of it. Fix it asap and return my elo points. This is the game : https://www.chess.com/live/game/88768950309

I have closed all other browsers, still I lost the game because of reconnecting. Can someone educate me why this happens?

There is nothing to deal with this but you can tell chess.com to make these changes

Connection issues here also. I play few moves in a game. Suddenly it appears as if my opponent is thinking, and he never plays! suddenly it is myself who loses the game!!!! lost many like this. Declining elo... and no fun anymore in playing. Back to problems solving.

any suggestions on how to fix it?

When I start having this issue I just have to restart my internet router, then it works fine for quite a while.
