loss for no reason

Chess.com didn't show me the game I was supposed to play and the other member won because I ran out of time. It didn't make sense to me because I didn't resign the game or lose time. I didn't even see the game. I do have Java on my computer. It would be great if someone could exp

First I'd look and see whether the problem recurs or if it was a one time issue only. If it be a recurring thing, I would try to contact staff about it.
