Loss of rating because of wifi

Hello chess.com I want to get back my rating in on of my recent games with 001ZZ001 basically during the middle of the match my wifi dropped and I lost the match deducting 14 from me. For any further proof please contact me

If anyone could get rating refunds based on any connection issues, people could just manually disconnect at any time to save rating. Disconnects are a risk of online chess.
Over the long run, any member is likely to receive as many point won due to opponent disconnects as they lose to their own. Unless they have really a flaky connection.
What about the unfair lag that cause the game to crash 3-4+ times... Also reporting bugs to the chess.com team did not work. I still see the inf challenge bug and the lag is so bad that doing a move can take 1 minute to reach a server now...
