Lost a game because of a glitch

I play games with confirm move on, and sometimes when I make a move but don’t confirm it, it goes through and i see my opponents move. This would be frustrating by itself, but it then reset to right after I made my move (without my opponent’s move), but my clock is counting down. I can’t move or select anything and opening settings or flipping board doesn’t help.
