Lost a game before it began.

I was playing this guy, "Camperello" and accepted a rematch. As soon as the game began, it said that I resigned from the game. Neither of us played a move and I lost rating points.
I don't care much about the elo. I saw a bug and I wanted to report it.
I am having the exact same problem. Instant resignation (loss) when someone offers a rematch. It's not likely the player. Seems to be an error. Not sure how many are affected. I recommend not taking any rematches till it's been fixed. Sucks though I love rematches. As for the previous responder. Why bother coming to the help and support forum if you offer neither help nor support. It's you that needs to move on...
