Lost ability to chat in game

who do I contact about this, its scandalous that I cannot send messages to my friends.

I also can't chat in any of my games

I heard back from support, three is a bug at the moment so I guess we'll have to wait

Same here. Good to know it's being worked on.

Happened to me too in several games with players who are very friendly and never before disabled chat. This is yet another bug in a long series of bugs after that disastrous upgrade a few years ago.

I also can't chat on PC or Android. In either game with two friends.

Here also some random games where I can't chat and some of them I can without any logic, please fix it.

I'm having the same issue, all daily game chats all disabled even though settings are correct.

Same here, suddenly disabled and game chat settings for live and daily games is correct.

Me as well. Strange that this appears to be a widespread issue and not restricted to a geographic area

I have also had the chat disabled for two days, for no reason and I have checked with chess.com and they don't say anything, I only talk to a machine and they haven't even sent me an email to tell me anything. I am really angry.

If they disabled Bobby Fischer's chat...there is not hope.
