Hello Paul. Unfortunately when you get disconnected during a Live Chess game then you lose the game by forfeit. We recommend that you use the Firefox web browser which is the most stable with the Live Chess and should reduce any connection problems you may be having. Lost Internet connection twice in a row and it shows up as 2 lost games why? and what can I do to remove those two games? and how to prevent this from happening again?
