actually it's not trivial, otherwise it would be solved already. We're cooperating with Cloudflare on this one and we're definitely making progress.

You can still play by turning off Private Relay or by using a browser other than Safari. We've also seen some staff members able to play with Private Relay enabled when using a VPN. In any case, I'll update you once the issue is resolved, so you can go back to playing with your preferred setup.

Yesterday our team spent hours working hand-in-hand with Cloudflare engineers investigating the problem. No breakthrough yet, so we’ll keep pushing today.

@okleahcim- I've had success playing on Chrome or Firefox on Mac, and I suspect Windows browers would work, too. It's just a problem on Mac safari with Private Relay. Granted, there's a lot to like about Mac Safari using Private Relay, and if you're committed to that only, then you'll have to wait for a fix. Even with Private Relay on, I have been using Chrome just for Chess.com and Safari for everything else. Hope that helps.

Same here. Disabled iCloud private relay and everything is working fine, didn't need to clear cache memory. Hope there is a fix soon to be able to play WITH iCloud private relay turned on.

Yes, that works BUT I very much like having Private Relay.

We're still in touch with the Cloudflare team, but don't have any news yet. We're not giving up and we haven't stopped working on this issue.

When can we expect this issue to be resolved? Its been two weeks and lots of people must be affected by this.
