Make the Most of Premium?

I just got an email from chess.com asking me : "Are You Making the Most of Your Premium Membership?"  It says I have 3 days left for the premium membership,   I signed up for a year of the gold and I am only getting 3 lessons per week (as expected).

What is this premium membership that the email mentions?

Thanks,

Gold is premium.  Are you sure you chose yearly?

I believe this page will show the expiration:

I have the yearly subscription notice with the order number that renews Dec 11th 2022.  If it cuts out in three days, I forward the info to the billing department or tech support.

Thanks,

Kevin

I received a similar email today saying my free premium trial due to end in 3 days. This is wrong. I am already a premium diamond member paying monthly and if’s not due in 3 days at all. Has chess.com sent out some erroneous emails? Can I safely ignore the email without affecting my current premium diamond monthly account?
Is this a scam?

Why did I receive an email from chess.com about a free trial due to end in three days when I am already a diamond premium paying monthly member?

Yep, I got this email too. It says I only have 3 days left in my "free trial" of premium. I've been gold since April and paid for a year.

So for clarification from chess.com: Were some people sent this email in error and can we just ignore it without affecting our already paying membership?

I would like an answer to this also. The email came from "receipt@chess.com" so site management ought to address the issue.

I also got this message, yesterday.  I do have a gold yearly membership. The page that Martin pointed at, in my case, states: "Your Gold Membership will expire on Apr 7, 2022. " Which agrees with my understanding.

It would be nice to have someone in chess.com investigate, and hopefully admit that this message was indeed sent in error.

Found out it apparently had something to do with some very stale queues and recent updates that caused old stale notifications to be sent.

Thankyou, Martin, appreciated.
