Making a Bot

Hey, I want to learn Machine learning and wanted to ask 2 question.

1) Is there a way to get data on chess games to train

2) If I make a bot, would it be ok to let it play on Chess.com without breaking Terms and Condition?

Any guidance is appreciated, also you can flame me for my bad chess skill. I am not the best at this game

No, you can't play with the bot on site. Technically, if you only played unrated and anyone you played know you were using a bot, it would be acceptable, but that's harder to do.
