Membership Accident

I had tried the free trial for a week and loved it, I was planning on paying Monthly for the diamond membership. Due to it being Christmas and all I had completely forgotten to cancel the membership and pay monthly so I have woken up to £110 being taken out of my bank, assuming this will be the yearly payment I would like to know if/how I can cancel this and get a refund and pay monthly instead.

Open a ticket with support and they'll be able to assist.

Thank you, I have made a ticket but I am wondering how I check the ticket for replies? Struggling to find it on this websites interface.

Staff will reply via email. It can take a couple of days on average to get a response. With the holidays, it may take a little longer but be sure to check your junk/spam folders.
