Why are the moderators not responding? Maybe because they are still looking at the reviews. Plus you gave advice and I tried the advice and guess what I still disconnect very frequently. So instead of giving me advice and wasting my time use your own time and get more servers.

Posting the same thing over and over doesn't help, so there's nothing more that can be said, especially if one doesn't believe anything that staff posts either.
The article posted by @justbefair explained the additional servers that were bought and the distributed server network being worked on (that actually handles over half of all games played).
You have no basis for saying this.
They have bought hundreds of servers and are experimenting with distributing servers around the world.
Then why do I still disconnect a lot. You DO NOT to get exposed so you are saying that. And it is true chess.com is a forprofit company and the quality of the website has gotten much worse and when I tried contacting support they did nothing and I fixed the problem but not before they wasted my time. And why are you not giving long answers? I also tried your advice for fixing disconnection issues and they DID NOT WORK. Also your answers to my problems are 1. Not helpful or 2. Off topic because you do not want to tell me the dark side of chess.com. Also can you provide me proof that they are experimenting with distribution of the servers around the world and if you do not show me proof I am going to say the support is garbage.
