Membership Glitch.

I had £18.47 available credit so I decided to switch to diamond £12 a month for free for this month leaving £6.47. All good, happy days.

I log on later that day and I am being asked to 'renew' membership again. I do and it says 'error 500'.

And now I have lost my year long platinum membership.

Any ideas?

It is possible that a staff member that handles membership issues hasn't seen the ticket yet. Today is Monday, so if you entered a ticket on Friday, then it could be another day or two before they get with your (based on you comment in the other topic).

I have recieved an email from one of the chess.com staff saying he has given me diamond membership until december which I was pleased about.

Unfortunately, no memebership is showing on my account. And when I try and pay manually it still says 'error 500'.
