the reason we don't is that it is a somewhat manual process to do paypal, and the time it takes to each month process the paypal payment isn't worth it really :) take the leap to $29 - you won't be disappointed :)
I would just like to suggest that shouldnt we have silver membership paid through pay pal? Thanks for any suggestions!
