MEMBERSHIP PROBLEM

I accidentally subscribed to an annual subscription instead of a monthly one. Despite contacting support for three days, I haven't received a response. I requested a refund and canceled my subscription. They assigned me a billing specialist named Francis, who, despite being online, isn't handling my issue. It's been three days now, and I'm fed up with chess.com because of their system and their indifference. Is there another place I can resolve this issue?

The ticket process should have given an estimate on the time for staff to respond. I believe it's normally 2-3 days, so it's likely you'll be contacted soon.

I wrote twice, and both times the following text was sent as a reply:

"Our billing team has received your request!

I'm happy to offer you a one-time discount to continue your chess journey. Would you be interested?

If not, is there anything we can change to the product that would make you consider continuing your subscription?"

"Please note that there may be a slight delay in my response due to high volume, but whatever your decision, I'm here to help!"
