App purchases have some manual steps involved. I've contacted some of the billing staff to see if they can follow up with you.
Ticket loads have been high and resolution times have increased due to that.

Have you checked your junk/spam folders? Sometimes the site's emails get filtered.
I can't say what hours @Patzer24 works. But a dialogue has been started so it shouldn't take very long to resolve.
I have enrolled for a 7 day free trial and on the 3rd day I get an email fromchess.com telling me I was enrolled for one year subscription. So I tried email to tell them I DO NOT wish to continue and enroll on a one year subscription but my email is BLOCKED and I CANNOT CONTACT them.
So I have advised my credit card provider and hopefully they can resolve this or if I can at least get hold of chess.com accounts to kindly unsubscribe me as I didn't even get to try it for 7 days.
