I don't see the link anymore. I tried to create an account, but it wouldn't let me post until today.

Billing service always unavailable on my account 😏, what do I have to do?

It ended on July 6, 2025.

I guess they don't count July 7 through August as being summer. Too bad, I was waiting for the site to go back online so I could sign up for it. I couldn't post until July 8.

So, how do we sign up for it if they can't get the site working?

I was on another account and couldn't post with it. Sometimes, especially over the weekend, when you sign up for a new account it doesn't let you post until Monday. I was able to get this account working yesterday to post.

There is no where to get support help other than these forums. The bot Chessica is useless in the customer support link.

Here is what I am talking about. I just created a new account, this one will be closed immediately after posting this. So, don't accuse me of having multiple accounts. I just want to show what I am talking about. The new account will NOT allow me to post. See for yourself.

Usually, there is a green "New Thread" link you can use after activating your account. But in this case I still have NOT received my activation email. When I created this one, I got it immediately.

So, I COULD NOT post here or ask support for help with the account I had before when the sale was going on.

As per the banner, you can't post until you activate your account. You have to click the activation link sent to your email.

Can't you see the picture I included? It shows the email activation is NOT being sent. I even created a 4th account to make sure. That one is also not activating. Why can't you guys get this site working?

You’re literally using an activated account to complain about activation, not confusing at all, You Making extra accounts because this one worked too well?

When I created this account, I forgot to make it beginner. So, I want to use the 3rd or 4th account. I would have been happy too with the 1st account.

I just would like 1 beginner account, 50% off, and there will be NO need for a secondary account, but if this site is acting up what are we supposed to do?

It's possible. There will probably be some kind of sale for Black Friday/Cyber Monday too.
