Help:

I recently ordered Fritz 12 CD from Chess.Com web page (The order was actually channeled to another marketing company associated with Chess Com.).

One enticement in Chesss Com is an upgrade to one year Diamond membership, I did not hear anything about it from Chess Com and my membeship remained Platinum.

Is there another channel to contact directly with Chess Com?

Hello arie66. I am not familiar with any Chess.com ties to the Fritz product. I think you may be confusing us with ChessBase who offers some promotions with their Fritz product.
