Glad to help.  You can always message chess.com staff, and ask them if that is something they can implement.

I'd second that.  Is there anyway also to message all members of our club?  It does say its available to admins but I sure as hell cant find it

Post a news and every member in your club will receive it as a message. But the members who have  turned off the alerts won't get these messages.
