Hi! If you are using Ipad, download chess.com app in the AppStore, it is more better... That is my advice to delete your problem.

My mini ipad worked fine w/chess.com. As of last week, I can no longer see the chess board on my screen. I'm using Safari and the OS version is 9.3.5. It seems some setting has gone haywire.
