in the hundreds of thousands of moves that have been played on chess.com we have never had this happen. it's just plain impossible based on the code. i'm sorry - nothing we can do :(

in my game with haarbal, i placed my rook at d1. the board turned blue (like it was highlighted), but i figured my piece was placed and everything was okay. however, my rook ended up at c1. i double-checked before i submitted my move to be sure my rook was where i intended it to be, but it didn't end up there. help?
