Resolved: Missing Computer analysis

I sent a game for computer analysis last night at around 6:30, and have not recieved it, here is a link to the game if you need it.

still have not recieved my analysis

I have a few in the "queue" too, if that's what it is.  First one was sent at approximately 12:00 UTC Tuesday 24.04.2012, which is just over 24 hours as I type this.  I know sometimes there's a delay of a few hours, but this is certainly much longer than normal.

Perhaps chess.com's analysis servers have overheated? ;-)

Glad to know I'm not the only one. I've had 3 waiting just over 24 hours too. 

We are working on this issue sorry :(  There is a backlog in the games analysis returning. Hopefully they should be with you shortly.

Kohai: can you update us on this one?  Are you able to give us an estimate of the length of the backlog?  I estimate approximately three days, currently.

Backlog is clearing so it'll come through anytime now. If it 'still' hasn't come back in 24 hours, please let me know.

Looks like my chess analysis is not working properly at all. Have been waiting for my games to get analyzed for some time now. I am guessing it has to do with this new format that got put in place few days ago. Can you let me know when it is all working well again?

It's becoming disproportionately irritating for some reason.

I submitted a game THREE days ago, still no anaylis! I have never had to wait more than a few hours. When do you think you'll get this fixed?

Kohai: your "If it 'still' hasn't come back in 24 hours, please let me know." message is now showing as posted "25 Hours Ago", so I'm letting you know ;-)

No analysis through from any game posted since 24.04.2012 for me, at least.

FWIW Describing it as expecting to work "soon" or "anytime now" is not helpful, since those phrases are not very specific.

I think you'd have more understanding from people here if you posted an open description of what's wrong and a reasonable estimate of likely fix time.

I am also waiting for 4 or 5 analysis among them there is one sent 5 days ago. The problem continues.

I'm having the same problems, I have 3 or four games I'm waiting for, one for more than 3 days, and one of the main reasons i upgraded my accound was for the analysis
