They do try to keep people informed. That is one of the purposes of the monthly updates.
However, it is a big site on multiple platforms. And the millions of users find new and perhaps unexpected ways to use it.
Maybe you should join the Beta Club so that you can give feedback on some of the new features.

mention a change to the game review. What I really can't understand
is why I haven't received a clear answer from support to my precise
question. The support employee could check this in their own account
in a second, but I don't get the impression that they're doing this.
Well, you would have to go through all the monthly updates and new product announcements for the last few years before you could really say that.
A month ago, the game review feature described above worked perfectly.
Therefore, a change should be listed in the latest update.
I am sympathetic with your issue but I think you haven't really realized how many moving parts there are on the Chess.com website and apps. I doubt there are many people who know how everything works and interacts.
Not to mention that the web browsers and device operating systems are constantly updating.

I want to continue to scroll down in the coach's speech bubble to
view the best move when I analyze all the moves in my game.
It can't be the purpose of an update or any technical change to worsen
user-friendliness.
However, it's almost Kafkaesque that support keeps saying this feature
works perfectly.
why doesn't chess.com inform about its updates and resulting changes?
Example: Since recently it's no longer possible to scroll down in
the coach's speech bubble to view the best move, although I have enabled
the ' Show Best Move' option in the settings.
Even support is not informed and constantly claims that this should be
possible.
