misunderstood by the staff/ do not email list

o.k. so here's the problem
I've asked chess.com to not send me anymore of those messages to my chess.com account that are asking me or suggesting to upgrade to diamond or platinum membership (you know this "thank you for your support would you like to upgrade?" messages or sites to which are popping up after you logged in) because I would refer to that as being an ad and as a premium member chess.com granted me to get no ads.
whatever you think about this the staff got it all wrong thinking that I don't want to recieve anymore EMAILS to my normal email account. So they put me on the DO NOT EMAIL list.
Now I'm not recieving anymore emails including so called tickets.
this has not been what I wanted them to do. All I have asked for has been not to recieve these chess.com ads when I'm logged in to chess.com.
Sadly the staff is ignoring my tickets asking to undo this and to tell me something about the problem I've been really adressing. Perhaps they are not ignoring but sending me emails but of course I'm not recieving any emails. And I'm unable to reset this thing - at least that's what the link in my Alert& Email section is telling me.
"Your email address "XXX@XXX.XXX" is currently on our DO NOT EMAIL list.
You will not receive any email from Chess.com until you resolve this issue."
Can someone help please? I'm really pissed right now because I've upgraded due to the good work chess.com is doing and now this.
