The mobile app stopped working on my phone months ago, and now it doesn't work on my iPad either since I updated to iOS 18. I've tried updating the app several times, but no matter what when I open the app it just hangs forever on the loading screen.
Have you tried a full app uninstall and reinstall?

That worked. But I've now got the different problem of every time I play chess the board shrinks to half its size.
