I don't want to play it mobile so I'd rather not go down that path. I like to play chess on a larger screen or face to face. I sign in via facebook. Is that a problem? Sorry can't any more helpful.

Hi. I have installed chess on my phone, but it is asking for my username and password. My problem is that i don't think i have a password as i play chess through facebook. I hve clicked on 'forgotten password on chess.com but then it requires your email, which chess.com is not recognising.
