Moderation is TERRIBLE

The moderators kicked me from the live server after I defended the statement "go kill yourself" from another member.  I know people who have, and its NOT fcking funny or acceptable to say.  I did not use any foul language, although it was implied.  If you really think this is the way you should run this place, then you have lost a player.  To the moderater who was online at 3:40 am eastern time on june 11 of 2009, you should be ashamed.  With all the disconnects and moderators blindly and irrationally operating...why should anyone tolerate this complete disrespect.

This is between you and Chess.com, (which might be a good reason to email this or make it private) but I would like to assist you in you complaint so that you may be better answered.

Perhaps you should be more clear, you said "I defended the statement 'go kill yourself' "  Are you saying you were kicked for defending this statement?  Also maybe refrain from using foul language in you post about how you didn't use any foul language.  The fact is, as a side note, I really appreciate when the Mod's come in and kick the players who use foul language and disrespect the rules.

Im afraid im gonna have to agree with omnicide,

recently , like a week ago, some guy was being racist to Serbia and said sh*t about it, now i start arguing with him and the mod ends up being on his side..

he has given me a warning but i quit live chess, because of the mods being an idiot there and because its in its BETA version

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Direct your anger creatively into a better chess game.

The mods are not doing a very good job.  Yesterday, chat was going on about who had balls and nobody was there to stop it

I got back from my vacation a couple of hours ago.

To those who feel the moderating in live chess is a problem, or have had problems, please message or email me directly, and not use the forums as a means of complaint, as it can lead to abusive comments, which may result in the thread being removed.

All complaints are investigated, no-one is exempt from the site terms of service.

I'm now locking this thread as i have asked those concerned to mail me directly.
