Not a scam. They are quite clear up front that the one week free trial requires you to cancel before it ends or you will get charged.
The fact that you didn't understand doesn't make it a scam.
The fact that they offered you another deal doesn't make it a scam.

but they say we have 30 day to refund to money i did it within 30 day and look,i got nothing so thats what i trying to say.

Well, all you have to do is to write back to them and say you just want the money refunded.
The only caveat was that you could only get the money back once. You can't keep doing this every year.

No scam. It states very clearly you will be charged after 7 days. It is your responsibility to cancel in time.
