Move confirm not working

I went to settings and pressed the move confirm button, and confirmed this . Just played a ten minute rapid game, and the confirm move didn’t work at all, though the entire game . I also lost a previous game after losing my Queen because of this problem .

I don't have an iOS device but there should be a way in the App store.
