OK-usually the first question with these issues is which browser are you using to play?

Chess.com recommends using Firefox 3 (which you can download from the Internet for free). In fact, I recommend it myself for general use (Internet Explorer is, well, weak...)

Just experiencing some technical issues with teh analyse game function, then cancle move button.
- In "analyse game" I can play out a series of moves and can return to previous positions using the arrows or "current position" buttons. But when I then try to test another sequence (same or different as before) the pieces will not move. Also, if i drag a piece quickly and do not place it entierly on a square (i.e. placing it half on two squares OR on a square it is unable to reach) the piece becomes 'stuck' in an illegal position. Returning to previous positions does not fix the piece; it remains stuck
- Also, when I drag a piece in the actual game board but then use "cancle Move" I am unable to make another move, pieces simply will not move when i drag them. I have to exit the game then return.
Obviously quite frustrating. Even more so because it has only started since i turned on my computer thismorning. Before that it was fine. help.
