Moves are not showing up

I am playing in the ruby lopez opening tournament. on my main screen which shows all of my games I can see the board with all the moves. when I click on a game it is not up to date with all the moves. I don't know what to do.

There have been a couple of other topics about it. It appears that when it started it no longer had the thematic start position and is a normal chess game instead.
Not sure what might be done with it.
will someone fix this?

Staff are the only ones that can do anything. I think most people are probably just going to play.
Though, you could open a ticket to see what they say.
