Hello, two whole days have passed since my payment. I bought a Diamond account with Bitcoin, but my account has not been upgraded yet, and the support is not answering me. Can someone help me, where to go, who to tell.

Support gets a lot of tickets daily and works in them in a first in first contacted manner for the most part. It can take a few days for billing related things to get a response.
