Logging in and out is good, but have you tried clearing your browser cache? Chess.com is a bit of a memory hog and when it runs out, strange things happen, Worth a try anyway....

I cleared my cache and deleted *chess.com cookies, and the problems persist.
I also tried both logging in from an incognito window on my machine and logging in from my wife's machine (from which I've never previously logged into the site), and the problems persist in those scenarios also.
So, it seems like it's a server side or account issue rather than a browser issue.

I'm accessing the site from a web browser on my desktop and experiencing some issues that suggest that there might be a problem with my game archive data.
1) Each day, I play a few 15|10 rapid games and then download a pgn file containing the day's games. Today, I carried out the usual process -- selected the two most recent games and clicked the download button -- and I'm getting a red banner on the top of the screen that says "Invalid parameters." Here's a screenshot:
2) On my rapid stats page, my best win (this game), which was visible yesterday, has been replaced with "N/A". Here's a screenshot of that:
3) Just before I noticed both of these issues, I attempted to analyze my most recent loss (the topmost loss in the first screenshot above) and the process hung prior to completion. The vertical green "analyzing" progress bar on the left hand side of the screen froze somewhere in the 80-100% range.
After waiting for a while, I reloaded the page a couple times and also returned to the list of games in my profile and clicked "Analyze" again a couple times from there, all with the same results: the analysis hanging near the end. Eventually, one of my attempts worked and the analysis completed.
I'm not sure to what extent that problems are related. Perhaps the frozen/retried analysis is the cause of the first two issues above, perhaps all three are separate reflections of the same underlying problem, or perhaps they're distinct issues with no connection at all. However, they did all manifest at roughly the same time today.
I tried logging out and back into the site, but the problems I mentioned in 1) and 2) persist.
