I found this message before my second game today. I have been a loyal chess.com subscriber for years now, often (though not always) subscribing to the premiun service. I have a slow/spotty connection and do occasionally disconnect...


I would like to know what exactly was seen that had made chess.com determine that the number of games I can play should be limited....

 

Actually, don't bother. This is just dissappointing. I'll be fi nding somewhere else to play. Bye, guys.

As long as your not stremaing or downloading media or programs, i would suggest contacting your Internet service provider.
