Hello fellow chess enthusiasts Writing to hopefully get the attention of support staff that can help. I just received an email notifying me my chat is being disabled for 24hrs. ive got 2 issues with this: first I did not receive a warning or any shorter mutes prior to this, everything I've seen says there is a warning followed by 30 min mute then 60 min mute then longer time frames however I've never been muted or warned previously. secondly and more importantly, the email states I need to acknowledge the terms I violated but doesn't tell me what I did wrong. to my knowledge I haven't broken any of the listed items Community Conduct Be kind, helpful, and forgiving We will not tolerate racism, sexism, bigotry, or violent threats Do not abuse, attack, threaten, discriminate, or mistreat other members in any way Do not hijack threads, troll, or post distracting or meaningless content Do not post spam, advertisements, or copy/paste comments and messages Do not excessively promote your club Do not publicly debate religious or political topics Do not post obscene or pornographic content Do not discuss illegal activities Do not open more than one account Sportsmanship Do not abort games frequently Do not make your opponents wait unnecessarily Do not disconnect or quit without resigning when lost Do not harass or accuse your opponents Follow Fair Play Policy I did have a chat blocked when bantering with a friend and I exclaimed due to me losing several time but it was clearly not directed at him in any harassing way. I emailed support but no answer. If any mod could take a look at the logs and let me know what I did wrong that would be very helpful. thanks
