You don't understand. My last match was against someone that quit the match and I was the one who got restricted. Why is that?

The restrictions are based on percentages over recently completed games. So the restrictions were because of one game.

Yes. So? If my opponent abandoned the game why was I restricted?

I didn't look at the games at the time you posted, but if your percentage was too high, the restriction would have been in effect before that game as well, tough there may have been lag in getting notification on it.

I didn't aborted any games. I still don't understand why the restriction. I've been playing with people that have abandoned the match in the beginning or while playing. I'm not to be blamed for their behavior.

Not to mention that many of my recent opponents had a bad internet connection and they became offline in mid match and I had to refresh the page so the match could end.

You could contact support directly, but the system has your account marked as either aborting too often, abandoning, letting a significant amount of time to run out at the end of the games, or some combination of those.
