My account was closed for "abuse" during a free trial of Diamond membership but now I cannot cancel?

Hi, I hope you are all well.

I tried to log into my main account yesterday and saw it was closed for "abuse". I was told I would get an email with details why and to appeal but I never got that email and I have checked my spam/trash folders too.

My main concern is that I had a free Diamond trial which is set to auto renew on September 27th, yet now that I cannot access my account, I cannot cancel it. 

I contacted the support team and got a ticket but got no email confirmation of that and the bot said it could take several days to hear back. The problem is that by that point I will be charged for a Diamond membership, which I cannot even use.

I'm not even sure why I was banned.

Is there something else I can do or will they automatically turn off auto renew?

If you were in the trial still it will automatically cancel when the account closed.

If you were in the trial still it will automatically cancel when the account closed.

Thank you, that's good to know. 
Do you know why my account was closed exactly? I never got an email to explain that.

You'll need to wait for support. Even closure emails don't generally give specific reasons, just a general one
