My account was muted for one month and never unmuted - no help from support

Hello, I had another account that was muted for one month and never got unmuted after the month was up. I made this account because the mute was never lifted. All my messages do not go through, I can't add my friends, I can't send DMs, I can't post on the forums, I can't do anything.

I tried contacting support but it only brought me to a bot that sent me non-helpful articles and messages. How do I get in contact with a human to unmute my account?

It looks like you had two muted and they probably stacked. u think your account still has a few days left and it will automatically unmute.

That said, multiple accounts are not allowed without staff approval and using a non-muted account to bypass mute restrictions could result all accounts being muted or closed.

This actually looks correct. Good call, thank you! I didn't see I received two mutes on the same day for some reason. I'll check back when the summed up mutes are done, which should actually be tomorrow.

Is there a way to get into contact with support other than a forum post like this or the bots? Or is this just the best option we have?

The Support tool is the primary method.

Forums are answered mostly by other members and some moderators. Occasionally staff reply. Mods can potentially get some things escalated but it depends.
