The name of your previous account would probably be helpful...
Unless, of course, the name is the same as the new account you have just made.
My acount just got deleted for no reason!

I had an account at chess.com but it just randomly got deleted. I was just posting a message in my page and a message popped up saying that I no loger have my account. I was totally shocked. Then I made my new account.
All the forums and blogs that I posted, all my trophies, all my member points,etc just got deleted.Have you ever experienced such thing or know anyone else who has. How did you feel about it.
Does anyone know how I can reactivate my account?
