My email @chess.com doesn't receive emails.

Hello, my email account doesnt receive any emails, in fact I cannot open the inbox, sent folders although in my home page says I have several emails received. I've checked on my alternative email address with no emails either. (just in case were sent there) However, I can send messages using it to other addressees.

I don't know why I can't see/open any folders in the email main window.

Does it happen to any of you?

what browser are you using? do you click on INBOX ?

I use Windows, I clicked inbox and so far I haven't gotten any emails in just out.

Now I've tried with explorer v8 and it works!!!...I  don't know yet why I've got those problems with the mozilla browser (even more when is the one recommended)

I am using Firefox v.3.0.6

Of course I click on "inbox", "sent" or any folders and show nothing.

I have the same problem, I'm using Firefox 3.0.6
