Don't believe everything you read in the forums. Don't believe anything where money is involved.
If you're feeling critical, you could write about how the suggestions offered in the forums are usually well-meaning, but invariably wrong; and quote somebody else to bolster your argument e.g. (http://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/tally-forum-annoyances)
If you're feeling generous, on the other hand, find some constructive point to laud about your experiences of chess.com e.g. (http://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/why-do-you-like-chesscom)
